For business automation requirements involving multi-step workflows, data field mapping, CRM integrations, or complex conditional logic, IFTTT is generally less capable than platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n. Its intended audience is individual consumers and smart home enthusiasts rather than enterprise or business operations teams.
